Cancellation Policy

Hi lovely ♡ Thank you for confirming your appointment! 𝑩𝑬𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑬 𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑨𝑷𝑷𝑶𝑰𝑵𝑻𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻: Please let me know before your appointment if you have any allergies or “contra-indications” that may affect how you react to eyelash extensions so I can make necessary adjustments. Examples of this would be: - Any existing skin conditions - Conjunctivitis - If you are pregnant (if so what trimester are you currently in) - Watery/ dry eye syndrome? - If you have had any recent cosmetic/ eye surgery. 𝙇𝙊𝘾𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉. 9 Florian court, 41 hastings road E16 1GH, CANNING TOWN 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙀𝘿𝙐𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙂. 48 hours notice is required to make changes (i.e cancellations/ rescheduling) to your appointment. Please bare in mind deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to reschedule your appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled once with the same deposit. If you need to reschedule again, you will need to make a new booking and pay a new deposit 𝑶𝑵 𝑨𝑹𝑹𝑰𝑽𝑨𝑳: 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙋𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙃𝙀𝙎. Before your appointment, please ensure that: - You have no eye makeup on at all - If you wear contact lenses, they must be taken out 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙃 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎 𝙊𝙉𝙇𝙔. On arrival, I will kindly ask that the remaining amount for your lashes be paid by cash. If this amount is not paid beforehand I can refuse to lash you. 𝑨𝑭𝑻𝑬𝑹 𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑨𝑷𝑷𝑶𝑰𝑵𝑻𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻: 𝘼𝙁𝙏𝙀𝙍𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙀. I am happy to fix any issues with your lashes if these issues are raised at least 24 hours after your appointment. After this, I will not be liable for any issues you have with your lashes.
